Tank Titan™ provides physical products intended for lawful personal or commercial use. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Product Use, Safety & Regulatory Disclaimer

Tank Titan™ products are designed as general-purpose, do-it-yourself (DIY) tank transport brackets intended to help secure compatible propane tanks, fuel containers, water containers, and similar items when installed and used properly.

Regulatory Approval Disclaimer: Tank Titan™ products are not certified, approved, or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), FMCSA, OSHA, NFPA, or any other regulatory or governing authority unless explicitly stated in writing.

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to determine whether use of the product complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and safety requirements for their specific application.

Not for Critical Use: Tank Titan™ products are not intended for life-safety, emergency response, or other critical-use applications.

Assumption of Risk: By purchasing and using a Tank Titan™ product, the customer assumes all responsibility and risk associated with installation, loading, transport, and use of the product. Tank Titan™ does not control how or where the product is used and is not responsible for improper use, overloading, modification, or non-compliant applications.

No Legal or Compliance Advice: Any information provided by Tank Titan™, including product descriptions, images, instructions, or examples of use, is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, regulatory, or safety advice.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Payment is required at the time of purchase. Tank Titan™ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, inventory limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Availability

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Tank Titan™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
